Dr. Mike Wages is board certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management. He serves patients at the Precision Spine Care Texarkana office.

Dr. Wages earned his bachelors degree from Southern Arkansas University. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He completed his Anesthesiology Residency and Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis.

Dr. Wages practice works in concert with local physicians to provide the community with the best health care possible. With a goal of maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle Dr. Wages tailors an individual treatment plan for each patient to optimize care and improve quality of life.

Dr. Wages and his wife were born and raised in Texarkana and live there with their four children.

Our multidisciplinary team concept combines decades of experience of selected members dedicated to successful treatment.

Meet Allee, our Texarkana Practice Manager. Allee has a bachelors degree and Master of Science in Health Education from the University of Central Arkansas. Before joining PTCOA, Allee worked in behavioral health as a program coordinator and as the director of risk management and performance improvement.

Allee and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors utilizing the Arkansas and Texasrivers and lakes. They are also avid campers and jeep trail riders! Allee loves that PTCOA provides a comprehensive treatment plan to help patients restore their quality of life. Our Texarkana clinic is accepting new patients!

• Evidence of your Pain- We need the tests that confirm why you have pain. Many times this is an MRI report but testing will be determined based on your condition. Other tests include Cat Scan, Nerve Conduction Velocity , Electromyography, Ultrasound, even lab tests can confirm conditions
• Notes from most recent encounter from prior pain physician
• Notes from most recent encounter with specialists
• Prescription history for the past six months from your pharmacy

Appointment Costs:If necessary:Continuum of Care – $150If necessary:IMPORTANT!

• ALL remaining medications that were prescribed at your pain center MUST be brought in with you for any Medication Adjustment appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• All patients are cross checked with the prescription drug monitoring program to ensure patients are not recieving pain medications from another provider
• All patients undergo drug testing
• All patients enter into a pain management agreement outlining your responsibilities as a patient.
